The parties over

Well now that the former #1 market cap stock in the world has officially fallen from grace we can comfortably say that it’s over, for now at least. That has to be a all time record. The headlines are the same every where you look “Nvdia insider selling blah blah blah” It almost makes you think if that’s part of “The Plan” if you will. Either way it doesn’t matter. Options traders made tremendous money on NVDA’s historic rise. It wasn’t solely from the stock price rising as much as it was the market was caught off guard with the Options premiums having been so low when buyers first entered. It was a “Win-Win” until it wasn’t. The Premiums are what made it so incredibly attractive then when the price rose so drastically it became a gift from the trading gods.

Short Sellers are now in control and there is talk every where of driving it down to sub 100. From this chartists point of view it wouldn’t take much to get it there. This 120 area ( it sits below that at 118.25 currently ) is “Do or Die” if you will.

Last night I mentioned FDX and NKE both report this week. FDX is coming out on top today being up over 1.5% NKE is barely closing green. And AMZN, what the heck man!!! lol…. C’mon, I know there will come a day again that we can all add to our existing positions in it. But this is not that day. For a while today it looked like it might be, but it wasn’t

The Heat Map today shows a lot of green. And if the Heat Map was a country then the Central West Coast would be looking like a heat scorched drought. Remember that Trade Management never goes out of style, and don’t allow your positions to ever get burned up

Invest wisely, live charitably and be well
